The Role
We are seeking a driven Program Manager to oversee and actively build our residential habilitation program from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
- Build & Manage: Oversee the development, growth, and operations of our residential habilitation program.
- Compliance: Maintain strict compliance with Idaho Department of Health and Welfare regulations.
- Person-Centered Care: Design and lead services focused on improving clients' quality of life.
- Team Leadership: Manage daily staff operations and foster a strong work ethic.
Requirements
- Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree OR 5+ years of experience in the field.
- Management: 2+ years of direct supervisory/management experience.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with Idaho DHW guidelines.
- Character: An all-around good person with a clean criminal record (must pass a background check).
- Traits: A resilient work ethic and a deep drive to help others
Compensation: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
