Primary Responsibilities

Monitor patients’ vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, pulse)
Administer medications and injections as prescribed
Assist patients with daily activities (bathing, dressing, eating)
Perform basic wound care and dressing changes
Collect samples for lab testing (blood, urine, etc.)
Maintain accurate patient records and report changes
Help patients and families understand care plans
